To Whom It May Concern:
Stuart M. Cassell was employed by this firm on October 9, 1994 in the position of multi site property manager/supervisor. He directly managed 533 Homes, 308 Condominium units, 40,000 square feet of office space, ant two Master Homeowner Associations covering 750 homes. He further supervised the operation of 418 apartments at four sites.
Due to specific market factors beyond our control, Stu’s position has been eliminated. Following an extensive analysis of our cost of operation, the decision was made to terminate certain accounts and consolidate the operation of the remainder.
Stu’s performance in managing a diverse mix of properties, some “hands-on” and others as supervisor of on-site staff, has earned my utmost respect and admiration. Stu has produced the most carefully researched and documented operating plans and budgets that I have witnessed in ten years of supervision of his position, involving eight managers who average ten years of similar experience.
Stu is extremely well organized, strong in the field and with finances, and simply personifies well-roundedness in his trade. He has a unique gift of not only being able to quickly grasp complex information, but is also able to convey it to people who often struggle with this kind of technical information in a way that enables the data to be comfortably digested and appreciated.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Stuart M. Cassell for a similar or greater position.
To Whom It May Concern:
I have known Stu Cassell since the fall of 2001 and he has reported directly to me in the capacity as the Association Manager/Activities Director for Heritage of Hawk Ridge Community Association from January 2002 until November 2005. This Association is an Active-Adult Development with a large clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, restaurant, 9 hole executive golf course and eventually 480 individual homes. Stu is responsible for managing all of these assets, the numerous contracts for the operation of the Association, and the social activities of the residents.
Sincerely,
Tom Desimpel
President
Heritage of Hawk Ridge Homeowners Association
